Our purées have a semi-liquid texture

⦿ Roasted walnut kernels 43% (French origin),
Walnuts are rich in proteins and vitamins, particularly vitamin B9 (folates). This vitamin plays a role in cell renewal, which is interesting in the context of endurance sports (which require significant oxygen consumption).

⦿ Whole roasted almonds 40% (Italian origin),
Almonds are rich in vitamin E which participates in the fluidification of the blood as well as in vitamin B1, a vitamin which plays a role in the mechanisms of cellular respiration and energy supply.

⦿ Coconut oil extract: Medium Chain Triglycerides (European origin),
MCT oil is made up of capric and caprylic acid which will feed the brain and muscles quickly and well.

⦿ Cocoa powder (100%),
Cocoa is rich in theobromine, a molecule with energizing and stimulating properties.

⦿ Espelette pepper PDO (French origin)
Rich in vitamins A, E, C and K and antioxidant, chilli is known for its multiple virtues during sport. The presence of capsaicin, helps to warm up the muscles and chilli plays a role in increasing adrenaline levels

⦿ Guérande Salt PDO (French origin),
Salt plays an important role in hydration. It also limits the decrease in plasma concentration during long term efforts.

May contain traces of other nuts.

Purees are ideal for sports. With your puree, you can as well :
- prepare for an outing by taking it 30min before and avoid a blood sugar peak,
- during exercise to support your performance,
- after the effort to recover energy.

1 puree (270 kcal) = 2h to 2h30 of effort

✓ WELL BEING / SUGAR-FREE AND KETO DIETS:
This puree at breakfast will have a quick and hunger-cutting effect;
In the afternoon at snack time it will prevent you from a blood sugar peak;
And as a dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth, mixed into a plain yoghurt for example.

Long shelf life without additives
All our purees are made in our premises according to demand, which allows us to offer you the longest possible best before date.

Best before date: Between 6 and 9 months

Tip: Don't forget to knead the pouch before opening in order to rehomogenise the purée as much as possible.

Keep away from light. Our purees are without additives, which is why a light layer of oil may form at the top of the pouch.
We recommend that you consume the contents of the pouch within 30 days in order to preserve all the taste qualities without worrying.
