- Before exercise: prepare for an outing by taking 1 puree 30min before and avoid a blood sugar peak.
- During the effort: 1 puree (270 kcal) = 1h30 - 2h of effort to accompany your performance.

‣ BARS:
- Before the effort: prepare an outing by taking 1 bar 30min before and avoid a blood sugar peak.
- During the effort: 1 bar (230 kcal) = 1h30 - 2h of effort to accompany your performance.

‣ DRINKS:
- To be diluted in 1L of cool water.
- To be consumed during your activity within the limit of one 20g sachet for 1h30 of effort.

Shelf life : Between 6 and 9 months

Tip: Don't forget to knead the pouch before opening in order to rehomogenise the purée as much as possible.

Store in a dark place. Our purees are without additives, which is why a light layer of oil may form at the top of the pouch.
We recommend consuming the contents of the pouch within 30 days to keep all the taste qualities without worry.

Shelf life: More than 2 months

‣ DRINKS:
Store in a dry place, at room temperature and protected from light.
Once diluted, we recommend consuming the drink within 72 hours.
