Contrary to popular belief, snacks are not just for children. In fact, whether it's at the 10 o'clock break or in the afternoon, it's even recommended if you haven't had time for breakfast or if you have a long day. A healthy snack will keep you going until the next meal and will prevent you from snacking throughout the day. Our sugar-free energy bars are ideal for this purpose.

How to taste healthy?

To have a healthy snack, we recommend that you avoid foods high in carbohydrates and refined sugars: pastries, cakes, sweets, sodas, juices and other sweetened drinks. We recommend foods that won't impact your blood sugar: a handful of oilseeds (nuts, almonds), vegetables or fruits (radishes, cherry tomatoes, strawberries...), a small piece of cheese, a square of dark chocolate...
