- WHEN TO USE THIS SNACK?
✓ SPORTS PEOPLE :
Purees are ideal for sports. With your puree, you can just as easily :
- prepare for an outing by taking it 30min beforehand and avoid a blood sugar spike,
- during exercise to support your performance,
- after exercise to recover your energy.

1 purée (270 kcal) = 2h to 2h30 of effort

✓ WELL-BEING / SUGAR-FREE AND KETO DIETS :
This puree at breakfast will have a quick, hunger-cutting effect;
In the afternoon at snack time it will prevent you from a blood sugar spike;
And as a dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth, mixed into a plain yoghurt for example.

Long shelf life with no additives
All our purées are made on our premises according to demand, which means we can offer you the longest possible best-before date.

Best before date: Between 4 and 6 months

Tip for use: Don't forget to knead the pouch before opening to rehomogenise the purée as much as possible.

Keep away from light. Our purees contain no additives, which is why a light layer of oil may form at the top of the pouch.
We recommend that you consume the contents of the pouch within 30 days to preserve all its flavour qualities without worry.
