The pack contains:

1 Sachet of Apple electrolyte drink

All our purees and bars are free of added sugars, gluten free and vegan.

‣ THE PUREE:
- Cocoa / salt: roasted NUTS kernels 43%, roasted whole almonds 40%, coconut oil extract (medium chain triglycerides: mct oil), cocoa 6%, PDO Guérande salt 0.7%.

‣ THE BAR:
- Cocoa / Peanuts: Oligofructose, rice protein, medium chain triglycerides (MCT oil, acacia fibre) (11.2%), cocoa butter, cocoa powder, CACAHUETE butter, CACAHUETES (4.7%), ALMONDS, emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower); pea protein, salt, natural flavour.

‣ THE DRINK:
Dextrose monohydrate, minerals 27.75% (trisodium citrate, potassium chloride, fine salt, tri magnesium citrate), natural apple flavour.
May contain traces of milk.

‣ PUREES:
- Remember to knead before opening because as we do not use additives a thin layer of oil may form on the surface.
- Before the effort: prepare an outing by taking it 30min before and avoid a blood sugar peak.
- During the effort: 1 puree (270 kcal) = 1h30 - 2h of effort to accompany your performance.

‣ BARS:
- Before the effort: prepare a ride by taking it 30min before and avoid a blood sugar peak.
- During the effort: 1 bar (230 kcal) = 1h30 - 2h of effort to accompany your performance.

‣ DRINKS:
- To be diluted in 1L of cool water.
- To be consumed during your activity within the limit of one 20g sachet for 1h30 of effort.

We advise to take a real meal after each sport session.

‣ PUREES:
All our purees are made in our premises according to demand which allows us to offer you the longest possible preferred date.

Shelf life: Between 6 and 9 months

Tip: Don't forget to knead the pouch before opening in order to rehomogenise the purée as much as possible.

Store in a dark place. Our purees are without additives, which is why a light layer of oil may form at the top of the pouch.
We recommend consuming the contents of the pouch within 30 days to keep all the taste qualities without worry.

‣ BARS:
Store in a dry place, at room temperature and protected from light.

Shelf life: More than 2 months

‣ DRINKS:
Store in a dry place, at room temperature and protected from light.
Once diluted, we recommend consuming the drink within 72 hours.
