⦿ Roasted walnut kernels 47% (Origin France),
Like almonds, nuts are rich in magnesium, an indispensable mineral and not produced by the body. Magnesium plays a role in muscle function, electrolyte balance and energy metabolism.

⦿ 40% roasted whole almonds (Italian origin),
Almonds are one of the most protein-rich oilseeds (22%). Their rich protein make them a perfect ingredient for muscle recovery.

⦿ Coconut oil extract: Medium chain triglycerides (European origin),
MCT oil is readily available and does not generate any changes in blood sugar levels, allowing energy to be delivered more quickly.

⦿ Ginger 1.5% ( Origin India),
Ginger stimulates the metabolism of fat in skeletal muscles and improves the ability to exercise endurance.

⦿ Cinnamon (Sri Lankan origin),
Cinnamon helps digestion and also helps in muscle recovery by restoring glycogen reserves faster.

⦿ Cardamom (Guatemala origin),
Like cinnamon, cardamom will help digestion but will also lower blood pressure and help relax the heart muscle. This makes it the ideal ingredient for athletes.

⦿ Guérande salt PDO (Origin France),
In sports, salt improves hydration. The main source of sodium, salt is essential to ensure the water balance.

May contain traces of other nuts.

Purees are ideal for sports. With your puree, you can as well :
- prepare for an outing by taking it 30min before and avoid a blood sugar peak,
- during exercise to support your performance,
- after the effort to recover energy.

1 puree (270 kcal) = 2h to 2h30 of effort

✓ WELL BEING / SUGAR-FREE AND KETO DIETS:
This puree at breakfast will have a quick and hunger-cutting effect;
In the afternoon at snack time it will prevent you from a blood sugar peak;
And as a dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth, mixed into a plain yoghurt for example.

Long shelf life without additives
All our purees are made in our premises according to demand, which allows us to offer you the longest possible best before date.

Best before date: Between 6 and 9 months

Tip: Don't forget to knead the pouch before opening in order to rehomogenise the purée as much as possible.

Keep away from light. Our purees are without additives, which is why a light layer of oil may form at the top of the pouch.
We recommend that you consume the contents of the pouch within 30 days in order to preserve all the taste qualities without worrying.
